About Us

“Our logo is more than an image-it's a reflection of our belief that when many come together, even small actions can create waves of positive change, touching every corner of our communities."

We host fundraising events to support nonprofits dedicated to building a healthier society-strengthening public health from childhood through senior years, promoting road safety, and advancing compassionate harm reduction. By “closing the circle,” we help those who have benefited return to their communities through local company internships, creating lasting positive impacts together.

About Susan Kerr, CEO

Nonprofit Resource Development Strategist | Financial Strategist | Community Builder

Susan Kerr is a dedicated nonprofit resource development specialist and financial strategist with a passion for building stronger, more resilient communities. With a distinguished career in finance and real estate—where she specialized in regentrifying neighborhoods and previously held licenses in real estate, mortgages, insurance, and securities—Susan brings a wealth of expertise to the nonprofit sector. She has successfully raised and managed millions in both private and public funding, offering a strategic and innovative approach to nonprofit growth.

Susan’s journey includes 25 years as a family caregiver, an experience that deepened her understanding of the challenges families face and the critical role nonprofits play in supporting them. This chapter of her life reinforced her belief that true wealth is found in the strength and unity of the communities we nurture together.

Two years ago, Susan returned to her professional pursuits with a renewed mission: to leverage her financial acumen for meaningful community impact. Partnering with Sheryl, a veteran nonprofit leader, Susan has spent the past year volunteering, attending meetings, and working hands-on with organizations to better understand and address their funding needs.

Susan believes that effective nonprofit funding goes beyond financial contributions. It’s about recognizing each organization’s unique challenges, respecting their expertise, and providing support that truly advances their mission. Her background in real estate development—particularly in regentrifying neighborhoods—and capital markets, allows her to craft both traditional and creative funding solutions.

Today, Susan and Sheryl are spearheading funding events that connect communities with the nonprofits serving them, fostering sustainable support systems for long-term impact. Her approach is rooted in building local partnerships—where financial resources and community insight come together to drive lasting positive change. By inspiring those who have benefited from nonprofit services to give back, Susan and Sheryl are helping to “complete the circle” and empower the next generation of community leaders.
